Recreational Sports Playdate Request

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE REQUEST FORM.

• Playdate activity request must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. 
• Once form is submitted, you will be contacted through email to establish a connection for questions and clarification prior to the event.
• Due to time, staffing and facility constraints, a Playdate may only last 1 hour maximum.
• Due to time and facility constraints Playdates may be requested for the following times...
  • Monday - Friday = 8am-11am / 7:30pm-9:30pm
    • Summer hours exempt
  • Weekends = 10am-6pm
    • Summer hours exempt
  • Rec. Sports and WREC programming will receive priority over Playdates
  • Wildcat Gaming Lobby requests are exempt from the above parameters
• A Playdate is for "intra group/club" purposes only, we will not organize a campus wide or multi organization activity.
• Any activity that requires field preparation, multiple staff, or specialized equipment will not be considered.
